Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire,
    and permanent opportunities.
  • Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies utilizing a variety of sourcing tools including ATS, job boards, cold calling, networking events,
    social media, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure a strong match between candidates
    and job requirements.
  • Maintain a high volume of outbound sourcing activity, including cold calls and follow-ups.
  • Submit vetted and qualified candidates in a timely manner to open client requisitions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates in the internal Applicant Tracking System
    (ATS).
  • Negotiate compensation, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and assignment follow-through.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with account managers and leadership to align recruiting efforts with business
    goals.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the overall success of the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand various industries and roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to build trust and rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience using a CRM/ATS system.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and strong team collaboration skills.
