Chris Lester has officially been named President of Catapult Solutions Group, bringing with him a deep understanding of our company’s mission, values, and the communities we serve. Chris steps into this role after years of dedicated leadership within the organization, previously serving as Chief Sales Officer. His career has been built on strong client partnerships, operational excellence, and a clear commitment to building real, lasting connections across the staffing industry.
We also want to take a moment to thank Patrick Burke, who both founded Catapult, and has served as CEO for the past 13 years. Patrick’s leadership laid the foundation for the growth and trust Catapult has earned in recent years. His efforts helped shape a team that believes in doing the right thing, communicating clearly, and following through. We are grateful for his service, look forward to his future ventures and know he will continue to cheer us on as an ambassador of Catapult Solutions Group.
