The Solution
CTS designed a digital process via SS&C Blue Prism to automate all email submissions coming from industry brokers. This process inserts all submission data in client’s underwriting system for users to quote, bind, and generate a policy
CTS developed a sanction check for all incoming submissions via the automation process to alert underwriters when an Insured showed up in any sanction databases. This process prevents an underwriter from binding a policy for a sanctioned company.
CTS designed a digital process to read PDF files and extract needed data to insert into the underwriting system.
